NEPHELE is a RIA (Research and Innovation Action) project funded by the Horizon Europe programme under the topic "Future European platforms for the Edge: Meta Operating Systems".

This project will cover challenges of the IoT-edge-cloud paradigm, proposing an approach to embed a set of functionalities, defining an IoT-Cloud Operating System (ICOS).
